AI Cash Advance is a business funding broker. To do that job we collect information you give us and share it with the funding partners who actually make offers. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This page is general information, not legal or financial advice. It describes our current practices and may be updated. If you have a specific question about your information, contact us using the details at the bottom.

Who we are

AI Cash Advance (“AI Cash Advance,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at aicashadvance.com and has helped U.S. business owners find funding since 2019. AI Cash Advance is a funding broker, not a lender. We take your funding request, qualify it, and submit or refer it to a network of third-party funding partners and lenders. We may be compensated by those funders on deals that close. Because of that role, sharing the information you give us with funding partners is a core part of the service you are asking us to perform.

This policy covers the information we handle through this website and through the funding requests, calls, texts, and emails connected to it. It does not cover the separate privacy practices of the funding partners and lenders we work with. Once your information is shared with a funder so it can evaluate your request, that company handles your information under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to understand your request and connect you with funding. Most of it is information you give us directly, usually through the apply form or a phone call.

Contact details
Your name, business name, work email, and phone number, so a specialist can reach you and so a funder can identify your request.
Business profile
Approximate monthly revenue, what you need funding for, and the approximate amount you are seeking. These help match you to the right product.
Documents you choose to send
If you move forward, a funding partner may ask for items such as recent bank statements or basic business records. You provide these to support an application; we share them with the funder evaluating it.
Communications
Notes from calls, texts, and emails with our specialists, so we can follow up accurately and avoid asking you the same thing twice.
Basic technical data
Standard server and analytics signals such as general page views and the approximate region of a visit. See the next section for how the on-site tools handle this.

We do not pull your credit to start. Submitting a funding request does not trigger a credit check on this site. A hard credit inquiry may occur later, at the funder stage, if you choose to move forward with a specific offer and that funder requests it. We will let you know before that point, and that pull is performed by the funder under its own disclosures.

The calculators and this site

We want to be specific about the free tools, because privacy here is simpler than people expect.

  • Calculator inputs are not stored on our servers. The MCA calculator, factor-rate converter, and the other tools run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type, such as an advance amount or factor rate, are computed on your device and are not transmitted to us or saved on our side.
  • The on-site analytics beacon counts events, not people. We record anonymous, aggregate events, for example that a calculator was used, with no personal information attached. It does not capture the figures you enter.
  • The tools do not set cookies. Using the calculators does not place tracking cookies on your device.

This site uses Google Tag Manager and may load standard analytics so we can understand general traffic. If we add advertising or measurement cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide the appropriate controls. Information you deliberately submit through the apply form is, of course, handled as described in the sections above and below.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

  • Review your request and decide which products may fit, such as a merchant cash advance, a business line of credit, an SBA 7(a) loan, consolidation, or credit improvement.
  • Submit or refer your request to funding partners and lenders so they can evaluate it and prepare offers.
  • Contact you about your request and about funding options, by phone, text message, and email, as described below.
  • Respond to your questions, provide support, and keep accurate records of our work together.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share it, and our role as a broker

Sharing your request with funders is the service. As a broker, the central thing we do is take your information to a network of third-party funding partners and lenders so they can decide whether to make you an offer. By submitting a funding request, you authorize that sharing.

We may share your information with:

  • Funding partners and lenders in our network, so they can evaluate your request, verify details, and extend offers. The funders we send your request to handle your information under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as the form, email, hosting, and customer-management tools we use to run the business. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Legal and safety recipients when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or us.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require that your information stay protected under terms consistent with this policy.

Plainly stated

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share what you submit with funding partners and lenders, because that is how we find you offers. If you do not want your information shared with funders, you can tell us, but that will end our ability to broker funding for you.

When you submit the apply form or otherwise give us your phone number, you authorize AI Cash Advance, and the funding partners we connect you with, to contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your funding request and related options. This may include calls or texts sent using automated technology, where applicable.

Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of obtaining funding. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages, depending on your carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time:

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop further texts, or reply HELP for help.
  • Phone calls: tell the specialist you would like to be removed, or email us at the address below.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or email us to opt out.

Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages that relate to a request already in progress, and it does not, by itself, withdraw a request you have already authorized us to share with a funder.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain our business records, and meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Funding and financial-services records are commonly retained for several years after the last activity. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it no longer identifiable.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it to do their work. We also rely on reputable service providers and funding partners that maintain their own safeguards. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately if a problem occurs.

Your choices and rights

You are in control of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete information we hold, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
  • Stop the sharing of your information with funding partners, understanding that this may end our ability to find you funding.
  • Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails as described above.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

State privacy notices

Some states give residents specific privacy rights. For example, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by law. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have comparable rights. To exercise any state privacy right, contact us using the details below and tell us the state you reside in so we can route your request correctly.

Most information involved in a business funding request is commercial and business-to-business in nature. Where a privacy law applies to it, we honor the rights that law provides.

Children

This site and our services are for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, technology, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make it more prominent. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Common questions

Do you sell my personal information?

We do not sell your information for money. To do our job as a funding broker we do share the details you submit with funding partners and lenders so they can evaluate your request and make offers. You can ask us to stop sharing your information at any time, though doing so may end our ability to find you funding.

Does using the calculators store my numbers?

No. The calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not sent to or stored on our servers. Only an anonymous, no-personal-information event count is recorded so we know which tools are used.

What happens to my information after I submit the apply form?

Submitting the form authorizes us to contact you by phone, text message, and email about funding, and to share your request with funding partners and lenders so they can prepare offers. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time, and reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

How do I opt out or delete my information?

Email [email protected] or call 866-625-4413. You can ask us to stop contacting you, stop sharing your information, or delete the information we hold, subject to records we are required to keep by law.
