What it means to let us call or text you.
When you ask AI Cash Advance to follow up, you may receive calls and text messages about your funding request. This page explains what you are agreeing to: what kinds of messages we send, how often, what they may cost you, and exactly how to stop them. Consenting to marketing messages is never a condition of working with us.
Please note: This page is general information, not legal or financial advice. It describes our messaging practices and your choices.

1 What you are agreeing to
Prior express consent to contact you.
When you submit a funding request, check a consent box, or otherwise give us your phone number and ask us to reach out, you provide your prior express consent for AI Cash Advance, and people acting on our behalf, to contact you at the number you provide. This may include calls and text (SMS) messages, and those communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice.
We use this contact to respond to your request and to help with your business funding, for example to confirm details, discuss your options, share next steps, or follow up. The number you give us should be a number you own or are authorized to provide.
You are giving consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You may revoke it at any time using the methods in section 4 below.
2 Consent is not a condition
You do not have to agree to texts to work with us.
Consent to receive marketing or autodialed calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase, service, or funding. You can still submit a funding request and work with us without agreeing to receive marketing messages. If you would rather we only reach you another way, just tell us, or call us directly at 866-625-4413.
Even if you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send you a small number of non-marketing messages directly tied to a request you started with us, such as a reply to a question you texted, until that matter is resolved.
3 Frequency, content, and cost
What the messages look like, and what they may cost.
- Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your activity with us, such as where you are in a funding request. There is no fixed number.
- Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan, not from us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your messaging plan.
- Content. Messages relate to your funding request and our services, such as confirmations, follow-ups, your options, and occasional updates.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Devices. Texting requires a compatible mobile device and an active wireless plan.
4 How to opt out or get help
You are in control. Stop anytime.
You can stop our texts whenever you want. There are two keywords to know.
To opt out. Text STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. We will send one confirmation that you have opted out, and after that we will stop sending recurring texts to that number.
For help. Text HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us at 866-625-4413 or [email protected].
You may also revoke consent by calling 866-625-4413 or emailing [email protected] and asking us to stop contacting you. If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in by submitting a new request or texting us. Please allow a reasonable time to process any opt-out.
5 Your information
How we treat your number.
We use the phone number and information you give us to contact you about your funding request and our services, as described above and in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected for the purpose of text messaging will not be sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do share your information with the third-party funding partners and lenders to whom we submit or refer your request, so they can review it and contact you, because that is how the broker model works. For details on our role and on how funding partners may contact you, see our Funding & Broker Disclosures. For our full data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
